Meet Martin
Martin embarked on his catering and hospitality journey at the age of 15, starting as a pot wash boy at Marwell Zoo in Winchester. He dedicated over five years to the role, building a solid foundation in the industry.
He then progressed to managing various bars and restaurants around Portsmouth and Southampton. Driven by a desire to steer his own course, Martin took the entrepreneurial leap and became the Landlord of The Robin Hood in 2010. Under his leadership, and with the dedicated efforts of his team, The Robin Hood quickly established itself as a local favourite. Known for its fresh, home-cooked meals and warm, welcoming atmosphere, the pub, supported by a loyal and capable staff, has continued to thrive and grow stronger over the years.
Other team members include Matthew Harrison, our Head Chef and Kevin Hatt, our General Manager.
